Each year at Christmastime, WMB partners with MCRS (Mennonite Coalition for Refugee Support) to host a party for refugee claimants to celebrate the season with food, music and Christmas traditions.

JOIN OUR TEAM - There are a variety of ways to serve, including kid-friendly roles and Home Group opportunities.

Friday daytime:

• Food prep & cooking: during 11am – 4:30pm (sign up for a portion of this time)

• Set up tables, chairs, & decorations: 1 – 4pm

Friday evening (4:30 – 8:30pm):

• Kids’ activities from 4:30 – 6:00pm, then join the dinner service or hospitality team

• Dinner service: serving food, beverages, dishwashing, kitchen help

• Hospitality team: host tables, welcome & connect with guests

*** We are in need of more volunteers, particularly for food prep, set up & decorating, and to join the hospitality team.
