Director, Kids & Youth Ministry

We are currently seeking a Kids & Youth Ministry Director to join our Family Ministry team. We are seeking either one-full time or two-part time roles. We are looking for an emotionally mature, ministry-minded leader who is passionate about using their skills and gifts to cast vision and implement strategy for a new season of Kids & Youth Ministry. You will be part of the Family Ministry team, working collaboratively with staff & lay leaders, under the direction of, and reporting directly to the Pastor, Family Ministries. The successful candidate will be a prayerful leader who thrives in a collaborative culture and is able to balance leading and discipling kids, youth, lay leaders, and parents. You will be a follower of Jesus with MB theological fluency, a deep desire to see people come to know Jesus, have a solid grasp of the Gen Z and Gen Alpha generations, be passionate about creating inclusive and discipleship-based learning environments, and have a proven ability to recruit and train lay leaders and volunteers.

We are seeking a Non-RECE Program Staff who is passionate about early learning and who is committed to working within and supporting our Christian values and mission. This person will work as part of the classroom team to support the daily care, supervision, learning, and development of children. The successful candidate will work closely with RECEs and other team members to provide a positive and responsive environment for every child.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring Child Care Centre Cook to join our team. The Child Care Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children and staff while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. The successful candidate will work closely with the centre's Supervisor and classroom teams to ensure children's dietary needs and allergies are accommodated.
